Have you made a donation and are looking for a copy of your receipt?

• If you donated by phone or mail, you’ll receive an official printed acknowledgment/tax receipt in the mail roughly 3-4 weeks from the date of your gift.
• If you donated online, you’ll receive both an email confirmation and an official printed acknowledgment/tax receipt.
• If you’re a member of our Field Partner sustainer program, giving monthly via direct withdrawals from your credit card or bank account, you’ll automatically receive a tax receipt for your total annual contributions at the end of each fiscal year (typically during the last week of January/first week of February).
• If you made a contribution of stock, your gift came to us without your contact information. To make sure we can thank you and document your donation, please send an email with your name, address, and the details of your stock gift to [email protected].

If you're a member of our Field Partner Monthly Giving Program and would like to update your credit card or contact information, or if you need to make any other changes to your monthly pledge, you can:

• Access your account through our Donor Portal
• Submit your request using our online Update Your Field Partner Pledge form (this method does not require you to log in to your account)  
• Call our Donor Services team toll-free at 1.888.392.0392 daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST
